IT companies are now paying Elite Engineers up to ₹15-16 LPA! In 2-3 years, you can become a forward-deployed Engineer. But who is an Elite Engineer? An Elite Engineer is not someone who knows AI instead of coding — it's someone who knows AI on top of coding. Your college won't make you an Elite Engineer. Your syllabus was written before ChatGPT was born. The ₹15L fresher and ₹3.5L fresher studied the same syllabus — one waited for college to teach him, the other opened YouTube in 2nd year.

The biggest problem humans are going to face in this 21st Century is not Climate Change, Its Distraction. Reading a full book? Gone. Sitting with one thought for 30 minutes? Almost impossible now. Here's the truth: In the 20th century, the rich had money. In the 21st century, the rich will have focus. Focus is the new superpower. Attention is the new currency. So the question isn't "what do you want to achieve?" It's "can you stay focused long enough to achieve it?"

Happy to hear that the private company Skyroot Aerospace launched India's first privately developed orbital-class rocket; congratulations to the entire team. BTW, it has been worrisome to see 100 top scientists resign from ISRO (via voluntary retirement) to join private startups. This same pattern can be observed at NASA; NASA is losing its talent, and they are being absorbed by SpaceX and Blue Origin.
